制药企业VOCs无组织排放监控技术进展

【摘要】 制药企业生产过程中逸散的无组织挥发性有机物(VOCs)对环境质量产生了重大的影响,其研究热度主要分布在有组织VOCs排放特征、排放清单编制和本地化排放因子建立,无组织VOCs研究难度较大,缺乏科学有效的指导。因此总结了制药企业常用的无组织VOCs监测方法,根据不同制药企业类型系统性地总结了制药企业无组织VOCs排放特征,并回顾了大气污染源排放清单编制的方法,列出了常见的制药排放因子。以期为制药企业无组织VOCs的离线监测提供技术依据,为制药企业无组织VOCs排放清单的编制工作提供技术支撑,为政府部门下达治理管控措施提供合理化建议。

【Abstract】 The fugitive volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in the production process of pharmaceutical enterprises had a great impact on the environmental quality. Most researchers focus were mainly on the emission characteristics preparation of emission inventories, and the establishment of localized emission factors of organized VOCs. Researched on fugitive VOCs is difficult which lacks scientific and effective guidance. Therefore, the commonly used fugitive VOCs monitoring methods for pharmaceutical enterprises are summarized. The characteristics of fugitive VOCs emissions from pharmaceutical enterprises were systematically summarized based on different types of pharmaceutical enterprises. And reviewed the methods for compiling the emission inventory of air pollution sources and listed common pharmaceutical emission factors.To provide technical basis for offline monitoring of fugitive VOCs in pharmaceutical enterprises, provide technical support for the preparation of fugitive VOCs emission inventory for pharmaceutical enterprises and provide reasonable suggestions for government departments to issue governance and control measures.
