【Abstract】 The continuous promotion of the concept of quality education has brought about a fundamental change in the higher vocational education system. In order to effectively respond to the new era education concept proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the relevant authorities in China have launched an education policy based on "Three-wide Education".This policy has accelerated the pace of reform in the education system of higher education institutions. English Teachers in higher vocational education need to teach from the perspective of social development and talent needs.
