白光g-C3N4/CaMoO4∶Eu3+荧光粉的合成及发光性能研究
Synthesis and luminecence properties of white light g-C3N4/CaMoO4∶Eu3+ phosphor
【摘要】 采用高温固相法合成CaMoO4∶Eu3+红色荧光粉,采用热解法制备g-C3N4蓝色荧光粉,并制备复合荧光粉g-C3N4/CaMoO4∶Eu3+。利用X射线衍射、荧光光谱分析、热猝灭分析对荧光粉进行了表征。结果表明,CaMoO4∶Eu3+红色荧光和复合荧光粉g-C3N4/CaMoO4∶Eu3的衍射峰与CaMoO4粉末标准卡PDF#85-1267的衍射峰相匹配。在393nm的激发下,g-C3N4在462nm处发蓝绿色光,CaMoO4∶Eu3+在616nm处发红色光。通过改变g-C3N4与CaMoO4∶Eu3+的比例,g-C3N4/CaMoO4∶Eu3+复合荧光粉的发光颜色可以由蓝色逐渐过渡到红色。在g-C3N4用量为1.0%时,CaMoO4∶0.06Eu3+荧光粉发光接近白光,该荧光粉热猝灭过程激活能为0.23eV,具有较好的热稳定性,在白光LED中具有潜在的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The red phosphor of CaMoO4∶Eu3+ was synthesized by high temperature solid-phase method, the blue phosphor of g-C3N4 was prepared by pyrolysis method, and composite phosphor g-C3N4/CaMoO4∶Eu3+ was further prepared.The phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction, fluorecence spectrum analysis and thermal quenching analysis.The results showed that the diffraction peaks of CaMoO4∶Eu3+ red phosphors and composite phosphors g-C3N4/CaMoO4∶Eu3+ matched with the diffraction peaks of CaMoO4 powder standard card PDF#85-1267.Under the excitation of 393 nm, g-C3N4 emitted blue-green light at 462 nm, and CaMoO4∶Eu3+ emitted red light at 616 nm.By changing the ratio of g-C3N4 to CaMoO4∶Eu3+,the luminescence color of the composite phosphor could gradually transition from blue to red.When the dosage of g-C3N4 was 1.0%,the luminescence of CaMoO4∶0.06Eu3+ fluorescent powder was close to white light, and the activation energy of the phosphor thermal quenching process was 0.23eV,Which had good thermal stability and had potential application prospect in white LED lighting.
