飞片冲击镍、硅和铜隔爆材料的理论计算与仿真

【摘要】 为了获得钛飞片冲击时镍、硅和铜3种材料隔爆件内部的冲击波衰减规律和隔爆HNS-Ⅳ的临界厚度,建立了飞片冲击下的隔爆理论和仿真模型,计算了3种材料隔爆件和HNS-Ⅳ传爆药内部的冲击波参数,并结合HNS-Ⅳ的Π-τ临界起爆判据得到了3种材料隔爆HNS-Ⅳ的临界厚度。结果表明:3种材料隔爆件按照其内部冲击波压力和衰减系数由大到小的顺序依次为:镍、铜、硅;按照冲击波脉宽由大到小的顺序依次为:铜、硅、镍。当飞片速度为1 600~3200 m·s-1时,镍、铜和硅材料对应的隔爆HNS-Ⅳ的临界厚度分别为:0.26~0.59 mm、0.41~0.74 mm和0.60~1.04 mm。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the attenuation law of shock waves inside the explosion-proof components made of nickel,silicon,and copper three materials under the impact of titanium flyer,and the critical thickness to prevent the initiation of ultra-fine hexanitrostilbene (HNS-Ⅳ),the explosion-proof theory and simulation model under the impact of flyer was established,and the shock wave parameters inside the explosion-proof components made of three materials and HNS-Ⅳbooster explosive were calculated,and the critical thickness of three materials to prevent the initiation of HNS-Ⅳwere obtained by combining theΠ-τcritical initiation criterion of HNS-Ⅳ.The results show that the explosion-proof components made of three materials in descending order of internal shock wave pressure and attenuation coefficient is:nickel,copper,and silicon;Which in descending order of shock wave pulse width is:copper,silicon and nickel.When flyer velocity is 1 600~3 200 m·s-1,the critical thicknesses to prevent the initiation of HNS-Ⅳcorresponding to nickel,copper,and silicon materials are 0.26~0.59 mm,0.41~0.74 mm and0.60~1.04 mm,respectively.
