AlH3晶型控制与性能研究
Study on Crystallization Control and Properties of AlH3
【摘要】 为研究制备工艺条件对三氢化铝(AlH3)的晶型及性能的影响,采用LiAlH4还原AlCl3合成AlH3乙醚络合物,通过控制AlH3乙醚络合物的结晶条件制备了α、γ、α′3种不同晶型的AlH3,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及差示扫描量热法(DSC)对3种晶型AlH3的晶体形貌、热稳定性和安全性能进行了测试。结果表明:所制备的AlH3样品颗粒均匀、形貌完整;α-AlH3晶型纯度高,热稳定性和安全性相对较好。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of preparation process conditions on the crystal form and properties of aluminum hydride(AlH3), AlH3 ether complex was synthesized by reducing AlCl3 with LiAlH4, and α, γ, α′ AlH3 with 3 different crystal forms were obtained by controlling crystallization conditions of AlH3 ether complex. The crystal morphology, thermal stability and safety of 3 crystal forms of AlH3 were tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results show that the AlH3 samples prepared have uniform particles and complete morphology; α-AlH3 crystal form has high purity, relatively good thermal stability and safety.
