乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯全流程半实物仿真系统设计

【摘要】 乙苯负压脱氢制苯乙烯全流程实验装置规模为模型试验级,受限于安全、环境、资金等,不适合用于开展教学实验。利用流程仿真技术、自动化通信技术及网络技术等手段设计开发的乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯全流程半实物仿真系统,可用于开展仿真软件训练和实体设备操作。该系统有利于学生掌握实验原理技术、流程组织方法和过程控制方法,有利于强化学生自学能力、工程实践能力和解决复杂工程问题能力的培养。

【Abstract】 The scale of the whole process experimental device for ethylbenzene negative pressure dehydrogenation to styrene was model test level, which was not suitable for carrying out teaching experiments due to the consideration of safety, environment and capital. By means of process simulation technology, automatic communication technology and network technology, a semi physical simulation system for the whole process of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene was designed and developed, which could carry out simulation software training and physical equipment operation. The system was helpful for students to master the experimental principle technology, process organization method and process control method, and strengthen students’ self-study ability, engineering practice ability and ability to solve complex engineering problems.
