【摘要】 数字经济快速发展对贸易流转加速具有重要作用。文章首先从降低贸易运输成本、管理成本，实现数据共享和推动跨境支付等方面，阐释了数字经济促进贸易便利化的作用机理，然后利用2013-2019年我国30个省域经验数据进行了实证分析。研究表明，数字经济对贸易便利化具有显著的促进效应，且这一结果在改变样本量、滞后控制变量及替换核心解释变量后依然成立；在较高人力资本水平和科技创新水平以及中部地区数字经济对贸易便利化的促进作用更强；信息透明度在数字经济促进贸易便利化的过程中存在着显著的中介效应。文章针对性地提出了大力推动数字经济发展，加大人力资本投入水平和科技创新投入水平，提高市场信息透明度等政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of digital economy plays an important role in accelerating trade flow. On the basis of explaining the mechanism of digital economy in promoting trade facilitation from the aspects of reducing trade transportation cost and management cost, realizing data sharing and promoting cross-border payment, this paper makes an empirical analysis based on the empirical data of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China from 2013 to 2019. The results show that digital economy has a significant promoting effect on trade facilitation, and this result is still valid after changing the sample size and lag control variables and replacing the core explanatory variables. With the higher level of human capital and scientific and technological innovation, the digital economy in the central region has a stronger role in promoting trade facilitation. Information transparency has a significant mediating effect in the process of promoting trade facilitation through digital economy. Therefore, efforts should be made to vigorously promote the development of digital economy, increase investment in human capital and scientific and technological innovation, and improve market information transparency.更多还原
