【摘要】 企业绿色技术创新是实现经济与环境“双赢”的重要途径。文章结合上市重污染企业2007-2019年数据，以碳交易试点政策为事件窗口，采用双重差分法研究碳交易试点对企业绿色技术创新的政策效果，并进一步探究了企业规模、股权性质和地区经济发展水平的调节效应。研究结果表明：碳交易试点政策显著促进了企业绿色技术创新数量和质量。进一步检验发现，碳交易试点提升企业绿色技术创新数量受到企业规模和股权性质的正向调节，而碳交易试点提升企业绿色技术创新质量，仅受到企业规模和地区经济发展的正向调节。因此，应加强碳交易市场监管，分类管理不同情境下企业的碳交易，以充分发挥碳交易政策对企业绿色技术创新的积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises’ green technology innovation is essential to attaining a win-win scenario for both the economy and the environment. Utilizing data from heavily polluting publicly-traded companies from 2007 to 2019, we examined the impact of the carbon trading pilot policy on the enterprises’ green technology innovation applying a difference-in-differences estimator. Furthermore, we evaluated how the relation between the carbon trading pilot policy and the enterprises’ green technology innovation was affected by the enterprise size, the nature of enterprise property rights, and the level of regional economic development. The findings of the study indicate that the carbon trading pilot policy considerably increases the quantity and quality of green technology innovation among enterprises. Further testing reveals that the effect of carbon trading pilot policy on the quantity of the enterprises’ green technology innovation is positively moderated by the enterprise size and the nature of enterprise property rights, whereas the effect of carbon trading pilot policy on the quality of the enterprises’ green technology innovation is only positively moderated by the enterprise size and the regional economic development. It is critical to strengthen the supervision of the carbon trading market and to regulate the carbon trading of enterprises in diverse contexts in a categorical manner; therefore, the carbon trading pilot policy can assume an active role in the enterprises’ green technology innovation.更多还原
