【摘要】 采用调查研究法了解育龄人口的经济条件及生育意愿，研究了生育成本及效用因素对育龄人口生育意愿的影响。研究发现，生育的直接成本与间接成本都影响生育意愿，其中直接成本对生育意愿的影响程度最大，政府需积极实施生育补助政策，降低家庭生育成本。同时，满足心理需求也同等重要，为育龄人口提供充分的心理支持，同样有利于普遍提高社会生育意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study conducts investigation and research method to know the economic conditions and fertility intention of childbearing age population, and researches the influence of fertility cost and utility factors on fertility intention of childbearing age population. It is found that both the direct cost and indirect cost of fertility influences the fertility willingness, and the direct cost influences the fertility intention most. Government should actively implement fertility subsidy policy, and reduce family fertility cost. At the same time, it is also important to meet psychological needs, and provide adequate psychological support for the population of childbearing age.
