【摘要】 为分析陕西省地方高校科技成果转化率变化趋势，本研究从我国34个省级行政区中选出31个进行2016—2021年的面板数据对比，并利用两阶段网络模型和熵值法对陕西省高校科技成果转化效率进行测评，从科研投入、科研产出、科研商用三个维度开展综合评价。结果表明，2016—2021年，陕西省高校的科技成果转化率呈现出U字形变化，2021年科技成果转化率实现大幅上升。未来，需完善对高校科技成果转化薄弱环节的政策和技术支持，定期对高校科技成果进行排查分类，进一步掌握市场需求和高校的科技成果状况，强化高校科技成果转化的商用水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the changing trend of the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in local colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, the study selects 31 out of 34 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2016 to 2021 to compare panel data; comprehensively evaluate the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province with the two-stage network model and entropy method; and conducts a comprehensive evaluation from three dimensions: scientific research input, output and commercialization. The results show that from 2016 to 2021, the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province presents a U-shaped change, and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements increases significantly in 2021. In the future, it is necessary to improve the policy and technical support for the weak links in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, regularly check and classify scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, further grasp the market demand and the status of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, and strengthen the commercial level of scientific and technological achievements transformation in colleges and universities.更多还原
