【摘要】 为比较遍地金花期及果期的镇痛及抑菌作用，以云南产花期和果期遍地金为原料，用煎煮法提取其中的粗提物，利用醋酸扭体法与热板法考察花期与果期遍地金的镇痛效果，选取大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌进行体外抑菌试验。结果表明，在扭体试验中，花期遍地金低、中、高浓度组的扭体次数明显高于同浓度果期遍地金组，花期与果期镇痛率分别为5.69%、16.88%、35.56%(花期低、中、高浓度),10.45%、11.24%、19.63%(果期低、中、高)。热板试验中，花期与果期的中、高浓度痛阈值差异显著(P>0.05)。遍地金果期高浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌最大的抑菌圈直径平均值为11.95 mm,对大肠杆菌最大值为10.83 mm,说明花期遍地金的镇痛效果优于果期，果期遍地金的抑菌作用效果优于花期。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to compare the analgesic and bacteriostatic effects on the flowering and fruiting stage, the study takes Hypericumwightianum at anthesis and fruiting stage as the raw material, selects crude extract with decocting method, investigates the analgesic effect of Hypericumwightianum at anthesis and fruiting stage with acetic acid twister and hot plate method. The results show that in the torsion test, the twisting times of low, medium and high concentration groups in flowering stage are significantly higher than those in fruiting stage with the same concentration. The percentage of analgesic pain relief at flowering stage and fruit stage are 5.69%, 16.88%, 35.56%(low, medium and high concentration at flowering stage), 10.45%, 11.24% and 19.63%(low, medium and high fruit stage), respectively. In hot plate test, there are significant differences between flowering stage, fruiting stage and high concentration pain threshold(P>0.05). The maximum diameter of inhibition zone is 11.95 mm for Staphylococcus aureus and 10.83 mm for Escherichia coli. Analgesic effect of gold in flowering stage is better than that in fruiting stage, bacteriostatic effect of gold in fruiting stage is better than that in flowering stage.更多还原
