【摘要】 推进京津冀协同创新、构建京津冀协同创新共同体已过去近10年，在科技成果转化、产业技术攻关、创新平台共建共享、协同创新机制等方面取得了重大成效。在步入深化阶段之后，需从底层逻辑入手，进一步厘清构建京津冀协同创新共同体的目标、架构与运行机理，并以此逻辑对京津冀协同创新共同体建设进程进行评估，分析由现状达及目标的程度，进而从目标导向、关键节点、差异化需求、协同模式、专业性政策等方面，对加快推进京津冀协同创新共同体建设的路径进行优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the past nearly 10 years, progress has been made in promoting collaborative innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and building the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation community. Significant achievements have been made in areas such as the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, industry-specific technological breakthroughs, the establishment and sharing of innovative platforms, and collaborative innovation mechanisms. As we move into a deeper phase of development, it is crucial to start from the underlying logic to further clarify the objectives, framework, and operational mechanisms of constructing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation community.With this logic in mind, an evaluation of the progress in building the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation community should be conducted, analyzing the extent to which the current state aligns with the goals. Subsequently, a focus should be placed on optimizing the path for advancing the construction of the collaborative innovation community in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, taking into account goal orientation, key milestones, differentiated needs, collaborative models, and specialized policies.更多还原
