波形腹板钢箱-混凝土组合梁屈曲稳定性分析

【摘要】 针对简支波形腹板钢箱-混凝土组合箱梁在施工中有可能出现的荷载及自重作用下的屈曲形式,通过有限元及屈曲理论进行线性及非线性屈曲分析,根据所得结果判断其在不同阶段的屈曲安全性,并通过改变箱梁边界参数及焊缝施工缺陷形式,找到对屈曲稳定性的最大影响形式.研究结果表明:在均布荷载和自重荷载作用下,安装U型梁时,承载能力不足,需要增加临时支撑;在翼板安装阶段,可拆除支撑;在不同的支撑形式下,固定支座可提高箱梁承载能力,当翼板与腹板部分跨中焊接失效时,翼板出现整体屈曲,其他形式局部失效,箱梁仍安全.

【Abstract】 For simply supported corrugated web steel box-concrete composite box girder is likely the load in the construction and the buckling under the weight of the form, through the finite element and the buckling theory of linear and nonlinear buckling analysis, according to the results to determine its buckling safety at different stages, and by changing the parameters of box girder boundary and weld defects of construction form. The results of research show that: under uniform load and dead weight load, the bearing capacity of U-beam is insufficient when it is installed, and temporary support is needed. In the wing mounting stage, the support can be removed; Under different support forms, the fixed support can improve the bearing capacity of box girder. When the mid-span welding of the wing and web fails, the whole wing buckling occurs, and other forms of local failure, so the box girder is safe.
