聚碳酸丁二醇酯的研究进展
Research Progress in Poly(butylene carbonate)
【摘要】 聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)作为一种脂肪族聚碳酸酯(APCs),是一类重要的可生物降解聚合物,可用来代替传统高分子材料。PBC拥有优异的生物相容性、柔韧性以及丰富的原料来源,在各个领域有着潜在的应用。介绍了PBC的热力学和降解性能,总结了近些年来合成APCs的方法,重点介绍了酯交换缩聚法用于合成高分子质量PBC的研究进展。针对PBC熔点低、降解速率慢和结晶速率慢等性能上的缺陷,探讨了不同的改性方法,以满足其在生物医疗、聚氨酯工业以及可降解塑料等领域的要求。
【Abstract】 Poly(butylene carbonate)(PBC), as an aliphatic polycarbonate(APCs), is an important biodegradable polymer, which can be used to replace the use of traditional polymer materials. PBC has excellent biocompatibility, flexibility and rich raw material sources, and has potential applications in various fields. The thermodynamics and degradation properties of PBC are introduced, and the methods of synthesizing APCs in recent years are summarized, with emphasis on the research progress of transesterification polycondensation for synthesis of high molecular weight PBC. Aiming at the defects of low melting point, slow degradation rate and crystallization rate of PBC, different modification methods are discussed to meet the requirements of PBC in the fields of biomedicine, polyurethane industry and degradable plastics.
