PP含量及纺丝条件对SEBS/PP共混料性能及可纺性的影响

【摘要】 以低相对分子质量苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)和聚丙烯(PP)为原料,制得SEBS/PP共混料,然后通过熔融纺丝制备非织造布用SEBS/PP弹性纤维,研究了PP含量及纺丝条件对SEBS/PP共混料热力学行为、力学性能、流变性能及可纺性的影响。结果表明:SEBS/PP共混料与PP的熔程均在150~170℃,SEBS组分没有影响PP组分的结晶行为;随着PP含量的增大,SEBS/PP共混料的拉伸强度上升,断裂伸长率下降,经5次加载-卸载循环拉伸后残余应变仍小于50%,具有较好的回弹性能;在温度170℃下,不同PP含量SEBS/PP共混料的表观黏度相差不大;当纺丝温度为170℃,卷绕速度为导丝盘速度的4倍,SEBS与PP质量比为70:30时,纺制的弹性纤维的直径为40μm,拉伸强度为62.20 MPa,断裂伸长率为320%,具有良好的拉伸性能和回弹性能。

【Abstract】 Styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer/polypropylene(SEBS/PP) blends were prepared from low-relative molecular mass SEBS and PP and then was produced into SEBS/PP elastic fiber for nonwovens by melt spinning. The effects of PP content and spinning conditions on the thermodynamic behavior, mechanical properties, rheological properties and spinnability of SEBS/PP blends were studied. The results showed that the melting ranges of SEBS/PP blend and PP were both 150-170 ℃, and the SEBS component did not affect the crystallization behavior of PP component; the tensile strength of SEBS/PP blend increased and the elongation at break decreased with the increase of PP content, however, the residual strain was still lower than 50% after 5 loading-unloading cycles of stretching, indicating a good rebound performance; the apparent viscosity of SEBS/PP blends with different PP contents did not differ significantly at 170 ℃; and the winding speed was 4 times of the guide disk speed when the spinning temperature was 170 ℃, and the produced elastic fibers had the diameter of 40 μm, the tensile strength of 62.20 MPa and the elongation at break of 320%, indicating a good tensile and rebound properties, when the mass ratio of SEBS to PP was 70:30.
