CO2基生物可降解聚碳酸酯研究进展

【摘要】 综述了CO2基生物可降解聚碳酸酯(PC)合成催化剂研究进展、PC的用途及PC的生产现状。开发生产具有生物可降解和生物相容性好的聚合物,是实现CO2减排目标的重要手段,也是CO2资源化利用的重要途径。随着研究的深入,合成CO2基生物可降解塑料所用催化剂的活性和链基碳酸酯选择性不断提高,CO2基PC的生产成本不断下降,生产规模和应用范围不断扩大,对传统PC的取代成为趋势,一个以CO2为主要原料的PC产业将迎来发展高潮。

【Abstract】 The synthesis catalysts for carbon dioxide based biodegradable polycarbonate(PC),the applications and production status of PC were reviewed. The development and production of biodegradable and biocompatible polymers is an important means to achieve carbon emission reduction goals,as well as an important approach to the resource utilization of CO2. With the deepening of the study,catalytic activity and chain carbonate selectivity for the synthesis of CO2-based biodegradable plastics have been improved,the costs of CO2-based PC continue to decline,the scale of production and application scope continue to expand.Traditional PC will be replaced by CO2-based PC. PC industry based on CO2 as the main raw material could usher in a new development climax.
