LDPE超高压压缩机管线气流压力脉动抑制研究

【摘要】 低密度聚乙烯生产线中的超高压压缩机管道长期存在振动问题,为此该管线增加了数个缓冲罐以抑制气流压力脉动,现场运行结果表明,缓冲罐对气流压力脉动的抑制效果不佳。通过建立缓冲罐的气流压力脉动仿真模型,开展声学仿真分析,并通过非侵入式气流压力脉动测试方法验证了分析结果。结果表明:在超高压条件下缓冲罐无法抑制管路中的气流压力脉动,在合适的位置增加孔板可有效改善管路的整体气流压力脉动水平。

【Abstract】 Vibration occurs for long time in hyper compressor pipeline in a low density polyethylene production line. Several buffer tanks were added to the pipeline to suppress gas pulsation. However,according to the feedback of field operation,the control effect of buffer tanks on flow pulsation was not good. Acoustic simulation analysis was carried out by establishing a simulation model of flow pulsation of buffer tank and verifies the analysis results by non-invasive flow pulsation test method. The results show that buffer tank cannot control the gas flow pulsation in the pipeline under ultrahigh pressure,orifice plates can be added to certain place to improve the overall flow pulsation in the pipeline.
