过氧化物接枝改性PBAT的流变与结晶性能研究
Study of rheological and crystalline properties of peroxide graft-modified PBAT
【摘要】 为了获得较高熔体强度的聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT),通过接枝对PBAT进行改性。以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,三烯丙基异氰酸脲酯(TAIC)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)分别为接枝单体,对PBAT进行熔融接枝。采用旋转流变仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)探究接枝反应对PBAT流变性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明,DCP引发PBAT接枝,改善其熔体黏弹性和结晶性能,但当TAIC用量超过0.4%,PBAT交联,不利于降解;TAIC使PBAT的平均零切黏度和结晶温度分别提高68倍和19℃,而PETA只能使零切黏度提高0.7倍,结晶温度提高10℃,因此TAIC改性效果更显著。
【Abstract】 Poly(butylenes terephthalate-co-butylene)(PBAT) was modified by grafting to obtain PBAT with higher melt strength. The experiments were carried out by melt grafting of PBAT with diisopropylphenyl peroxide(DCP) as initiator, triallyl urethane isocyanate(TAIC) and pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA) as grafting monomers to investigate the effect of grafting on the rheological and crystalline properties of PBAT. It was found that the DCP-induced grafting of PBAT improved the melt viscoelasticity and crystalline properties. However, PBAT undergone a cross-linking reaction with the amount of TAIC more than 0.4 percent, which is detrimental to degradation. It was also found that TAIC increased the average zero shear viscosity and crystallization temperature of PBAT by 68 times and 19 ℃ respectively, whereas PETA could only increase the zero shear viscosity by 0.7 times and the crystallization temperature by 10 ℃, so that the modification effect of TAIC was more obvious.
