聚丙烯腈-聚硅氮烷改性碳纤维的性能研究
Properties of polyacrylonitrile-polysilazane modified carbon fiber
【摘要】 通过在碳纤维表面构筑聚丙烯腈(PAN)过渡层及有机聚硅氮烷(OPSZ)陶瓷前驱体层,经低温固化与高温裂解后制备具有高温抗氧化效能的碳-陶瓷/碳纤维(PAN-OPSZ/CF)。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、热重分析(TGA)、单丝拉伸测试进行表面形貌、抗氧化性能以及力学性能的研究。结果表明,提升PAN溶液浓度,Si元素的相对含量从7.04%提高到11.76%,碳纤维的拉伸强度损失值从14.12%降低至2.08%;最大失重速率从26.8%/min降至7.6%/min。说明PAN层的涂覆有助于Si元素在碳纤维表面附着并保护碳纤维免受损伤,PAN-OPSZ涂层能有效提高碳纤维的高温抗氧化性,在碳纤维增强复合材料领域具有十分广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A PAN-OPSZ/CF which had high-temperature anti-oxidation performance was formed by constructing a polyacrylonitrile(PAN) layer and an organopolysilazane(OPSZ) layer on the surface of carbon fibers with curing at low-temperature and cracking at high-temperature.The surface morphology, antioxidant properties and mechanical properties were studied by SEM, EDS, TGA and monofilament tensile test. The results showed that increasing the concentration of the PAN solution, the relative content of the Si element increased from 7.04% to 11.76%. The tensile strength relative loss value of PAN-OPSZ/CF decreased from 14.12% to 2.08%. The maximum weight loss rate of the carbon fiber decreased from 26.8%/min to 7.6%/min. The above results indicated that the coating of PAN layer was helpful for Si element to adhere to the surface of carbon fiber and protecting the carbon fiber from damage. The PAN-OPSZ coating could effectively improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of carbon fibers, and had a very broad application prospect in the field of reinforced matrix composites.
