【摘要】 目的 观察雷火灸对胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏及胃肠功能的影响。方法 将96例胃癌化疗患者按照随机数字表法分为2组，对照组48例予常规治疗，治疗组48例在对照组治疗基础上加雷火灸，2组均治疗6周。比较2组疗效；观察2组治疗前后Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)评分；比较2组治疗前后胃动力学指标和胃肠动力相关激素变化；比较2组治疗前后癌症治疗功能评价量表(FACT-G)评分。结果 治疗组总有效率95.83%(46/48),对照组总有效率79.17%(38/48),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PFS-R各项评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后胃窦收缩频率、运动指数、胃动素、胃泌素水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),血管活性肠肽水平较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组胃窦收缩频率、运动指数、胃动素、胃泌素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),血管活性肠肽水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FACT-G各项评分及总评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论 雷火灸治疗胃癌化疗患者，能改善患者癌因性疲乏、胃肠功能，进而提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on cancer-related fatigue and gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer(GC) undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 96 patients with GC undergoing chemotherapy were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=48) and the control group(n=48). All patients were managed by conventional therapy, and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with thunder-fire moxibustion. Treated for 6 weeks, the aim was to compare Piper Fatigue Revised Scale(PFS-R), gastric motility index, gastrointestinal motility-related hormones, Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G). The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(95.83% [46/48] vs 79.17% [38/48], [P<0.05], respectively). After treatment, PFS-R scores in the both groups were decreased, the treatment group was more common(P<0.05). Elevated frequency of gastric contractions, motion score index, motilin, gastrin, and reduced vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) were found in groups than those before treatment(all P<0.05), and the different was significant between groups in the above indexes(P<0.05). FACT-G scores in the both groups were increased(P<0.05), which increased notably in the treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with GC undergoing chemotherapy, thunder-fire moxibustion can improve cancer-related fatigue, gastrointestinal function, and improve the quality of life.更多还原
