【摘要】 目的 观察生肌象皮膏治疗下肢静脉性溃疡(VLU)的疗效及对创面愈合情况、炎性反应的影响。方法 将100例VLU患者按照随机数字表法分为2组，对照组50例涂抹重组人表皮生长因子治疗，治疗组50例涂抹生肌象皮膏治疗。2组均治疗1个月，比较2组治疗前后创面面积、创面愈合时间、细胞外基质蛋白质[基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子1(TIMP-1)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-1β、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平，并统计2组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率94.00%(47/50),对照组80.00%(40/50),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后创面面积均较本组治疗前缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后小于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组创面愈合时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清MMP-3、TIMP-1水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-1β、hs-CRP水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 生肌象皮膏有利于提高VLU治疗效果，可缩短创面愈合时间，其创面愈合与细胞外基质蛋白质及炎性反应下降有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shengji Xiangpi ointment on patients with venous leg ulcer(VLU), wound healing and local inflammatory reaction. Methods A total of 100 patients with VLU were randomized 1∶1 to receive recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) gel(control group) or Shengji Xiangpi ointment(the treatment group) for one month. The wound area, wound healing time, extracellular matrix proteins(matrix metalloproteinase-3 [MMP-3], matrix metalloproteinase-1 [TIMP-1]), local inflammatory reaction(interleukin 6 [IL-6], interleukin 1β [IL-1β], hypersensitive C-reactive protein [hs-CRP]) were measured, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(94.00% [42/50] vs 80.00% [40/50], P<0.05). The wound area in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the wound healing time was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum MMP-3,TIMP-1,IL-6, IL-1β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of each index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shengji Xiangpi ointment is beneficial to improve the treatment effect of VLU and shorten the wound healing time. Its wound healing is related to the decrease of extracellular matrix protein and local inflammatory reaction.更多还原
