【摘要】 目的 观察培元解毒通络汤治疗原发性肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后综合征的临床疗效。方法 将92例原发性肝癌TACE术后综合征患者采用随机数字表法等分抽取分为2组，对照组46例予以西医常规对症治疗，治疗组46例在对照组治疗基础上加培元解毒通络汤，2组均治疗7天后统计疗效。比较2组治疗后发热、恶心呕吐、肝区疼痛阳性率，治疗前后Kamofsky功能状态(KPS)评分及肝功能指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)水平。结果 治疗组治疗后临床症状阳性率为4.35%(2/46),低于对照组的17.39%(8/46)(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组KPS评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组肝功能指标AST、ALT、TBiL及GGT水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的78.26%(36/46)(P<0.05)。结论 培元解毒通络汤治疗原发性肝癌TACE术后综合征可改善患者临床症状，减轻肝功能损伤，提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction on postoperative syndrome in primary liver cancer(PLC) after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods Totally 92 PLC patients with TACE were enrolled as study samples. A total of 92 PLC patients with TACE were randomly assignedin 1∶1 ratio to two groups. The patients in the treatment group were treated with conventional Western medicine +Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction, while the control group with the former only. The positive rates(fever, nausea and vomiting, liver pain), Karnofsky performance status(KPS) score, liver function indexes( alanine aminotransferase [ALT] aspartate aminotransferase [AST], total bilirubin [TBiL]), as well as γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT) were included as comparisons. Results After treatment, the positive rate of clinical symptoms in the study group was less than that in the control group(4.35% [2/46] vs 17.39% [8/46], P<0.05). KPS scores in groups were higher(P<0.05), and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). AST, ALT, TBiL and GGT in groups were lower(P<0.05), and the treatment group was more prevalent relative to the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(95.65%(44/46] vs 78.26% [36/46], P<0.05).Conclusion For PLC patients with TACE, self-made Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms, prevent the recurrence, reduce damage of liver function, and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
