基于互联网的糖尿病健康教育路径在患者居家自护中的应用
Application of Internet-based QR code of diabetes health education program in self-care ofpatientsat home
【摘要】 目的 观察基于互联网的糖尿病健康教育路径二维码在提高患者居家自护能力的应用效果。方法 选择2021年1月至2022年1月收治的糖尿病住院患者150例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组75例。成立互联网+健康教育路径教育小组,修订科室糖尿病健康教育路径并制作宣教二维码。患者住院期间均按健康教育路径进行宣教,确保其掌握相应的糖尿病居家自护知识。出院后对照组患者应用电话回访,干预组在出院时扫码进“糖尿病二维码健康宣教群”微信群,基于互联网使用二维码在微信群中给予指导。收集2组患者干预前后体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、SDSCA、GSES、IWB等量表评分以及出院后3个月患者满意度并进行比较。结果 2组患者干预前一般情况及各个量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后干预组的BMI、FBG、HbA1c值均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者SDSCA、GSES、IWB等量表评分相比,干预组得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于互联网的糖尿病健康教育路径宣教方法打破了时间、地域的限制,能持续改善患者代谢指标、有效提高其居家自护能力及自我效能,提升了患者幸福感及满意度,更增添了延续护理的内涵,值得广泛应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of Internet-based QR code of diabetes health education program in improving patients’ ability pf self-care at home.Methods A total of 150 diabetes patients hospitalized from July 2020 to January 2021 were randomly assigned into the control group(n=75) and the intervention group(n=75). A group of Internet-based QR code and health education was set up, the health education program of the department was modified, and QR code for health education was created. During hospitalization, the patients were fully educated to ensure that they had obtained the corresponding knowledge of diabetes self-care at home. After discharge, patients in the control group were followed up through telephone. However, patients in the intervention group were asked to scan the QR code to get into the WeChat group of “health education group” at discharge, and they were educated through the Internet-based QR code in the WeChat group. The scores of body mass index(BMI), fasting blood glucose(FBG), hemoglobin A1C(HbA1c), Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities Assessment(SDSCA), General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES), and internalized weight bias(IWB) before intervention, and patient satisfaction at 3 months after discharge were collected and compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in general conditions and scores on various scales(SDSCA, GSES and IWB)between the two groups before intervention(all P>0.05). After intervention, the levels of BMI, FBG, HbA1c in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of SDSCA, GSES, IWB and other scales were significantly higher in the intervention group(all P<0.05). Meanwhile, the satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Internet-based QR code of diabetes health education program.breaks the limitations of time and region, continuously improves patients’ metabolic indicators, effectively improves their home-based self-care ability and self-efficacy, enhance their happiness and satisfaction, and add the connotation of continuous care, which is worthy of widespread application.
