【摘要】 目的 探讨基于家庭的人际心理疗法对合并躯体化症状的抑郁症患者抑郁症状、躯体化症状、生活质量的影响。方法 按随机数字表法分将97例伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者为研究组和对照组，其中研究组49例，对照组48例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预措施，研究组患者在对照组基础上采用基于家庭的人际心理疗法的护理干预措施。分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及焦虑量表(HAMA)、躯体形式症状筛查量表(SOMS-7)、SF-36生活调查量表评估干预效果。结果 干预后研究组患者HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组患者躯体化症状平均个数、SOMS-7评分均低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组患者SF-36量表中的各维度评分均高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于家庭的人际心理疗法可有效改善伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者抑郁及焦虑症状、缓解患者躯体化症状、提高患者生活质量，提高此类患者的护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of family-based interpersonal psychotherapy on depressive symptoms, somatic symptoms and quality-of-life in depression patients with somatic symptoms.Methods Tatolly 97 depression patients with somatic symptoms are randomly assinged to the study group(n=49) and the control group(n=48).Patients in the control group received the routine nursing interventions, while patients in the study group additionally received family-based interpersonal psychotherapy.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Screening for Somatoform(SOMS-7) and the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) were performed to evaluate the intervention effects.Results After the intervention, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average numbers of somatization symptoms, and SOMS-7 scores in the study group wer significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 dimensions scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For depression patients with somatic symptoms, family-based interpersonal psychotherapy effectively supports relieving depression and anxiety symptoms, as well as somatic symptoms, thereby improving the quality-of-life and medicare.更多还原
