【摘要】 构建协同育人的教育生态是推进新财经教育改革的重要基础与保障。基于协同育人的新财经改革一方面可以促进产学研创的深度融合，助推学校“双一流”建设；另一方面可以提升学生实践能力、创新创业能力，从而为中国式现代化建设培养和输送高素质复合型财经人才。多元主体协同参与专业升级改造、特色专业及实验班建设，教育国际化水平提升，校内外教育、科研、实践育人资源整合与重构是六所代表性高校新财经教育改革的共同点。立足国家和区域战略的实现，提高高校社会服务能力，建设高水平国际化师资队伍，构建全方位、三全育人、五育并举的实践教学支持体系，打造学校与多元主体互相支撑、合作共赢的协同育人新格局，节流与开源并举、多渠道筹措办学经费是地方高校新财经教育改革推进的重要路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructing the educational ecology of collaborative education is an important basis and guarantee for promoting the education reform of new finance and economics. Based on collaborative education, on the one hand, the education reform of new finance and economics can promote the deep integration of industry-university-research-innovation, and promote the "Double First-class" construction of the university. On the other hand, it can improve students’ practical ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability, to cultivate and deliver high-quality compound financial and economic talents for Chinese modernization. The common features of the new financial and economic education reform in these six representative universities include the multiple subjects cooperate to participate in the upgrading of majors, the construction of characteristic majors and experimental classes, the promotion of internationalization in education, and the integration and restructuring of education resources in education, scientific research, and practical education resources both within and outside the university. The important ways to promote the new finance and economics education reform in local universities are as follows: based on the realization of national and regional strategies, upgrade the social service ability of universities; build high-level international teaching staff; construct a practical teaching support system that integrates all-round, three-in-one education and five simultaneous education; create a new pattern of collaborative education in which schools and multiple subjects support each other and cooperate for win-win results; reduce expenditure and increase source simultaneously, and raise school funds through multiple channels.更多还原
