工艺参数对冷成形用低碳铝镇静钢织构的影响

【摘要】 冷冲压汽车板是制造汽车的主要原材料,其发展史是围绕着深冲性能的提高而展开的,而深冲性能与其有利织构的组分大小紧密相关。低碳铝镇静钢板优异的深冲性能源于其退火后具有强烈的{111}再结晶织构。退火工序是薄板生产的最终环节,通过影响成品板再结晶织构的强弱从而影响最终的性能。采用SIMENS D5000 X射线衍射仪分析了低碳铝镇静钢热轧、冷轧和连续退火织构的演化,研究了冷轧压下量、退火温度对织构的影响。结果表明:经奥氏体区热轧后,织构较弱。经冷轧后,{111}和{100}、{112}织构组分均增加;退火后{111}织构组分进一步加强,同时{100}织构组分大幅减弱;织构组分占比对r值影响显著,{111}/{100}越高,r值越大。冷轧压下率为75%时,{111}/{100}值为2.42,此时r值达到峰值。冷轧总压下量为75%的试样,在790℃、810℃和830℃退火时,{111}/{100}值分别为3.99、4.32和5.21,试样的r值分别为1.53、1.79和1.90。低碳铝镇静钢采用合适的冷轧总压下量、较高的退火温度,可获得优良的深冲性能。

【Abstract】 Cold stamping automotive sheet is the main raw material for manufacturing automobiles, and its development history revolves around the improvement of deep-drawing performance, which is closely related to the size of components with favorable texture. The excellent deep-drawing properties of low-carbon aluminum calmed steel plate are due to its strong {111} recrystallization texture after annealing. The annealing process is the final step in the production of thin plates, which affects the final performance by affecting the strength of the recrystallization texture of the finished plate. SIMENS D5000 X-ray diffractometer was used to analyze the evolution of hot-rolled, cold-rolled and continuous annealed textures of low-carbon aluminum static steel, and the effects of cold-rolled pressing and annealing temperature on the texture were studied. The results showed that the texture was weak after hot rolling in the austenite zone. After cold rolling, the texture components of {111}, {100} and {112} all increased, and after annealing, the texture components of {111} were further strengthened, and the {100} texture components were greatly weakened, and the proportion of texture components had a significant effect on the r value, and the higher the {111}/{100}, the greater the r value. When the cold rolling rate is 75%, the {111}/{100} value is 2.42, and the r value reaches its peak at this time. The {111}/{100} values were 3.99, 4.32 and 5.21 at 790 ℃, 810 ℃ and 830 ℃ annealed at 75% of the total cold-rolled pressure, and the r values of the specimen were 1.53, 1.79 and 1.90, respectively. Low-carbon aluminium calmed steel can obtain excellent deep-drawing properties with a suitable total cold-rolled pressure and a high annealing temperature.
