军曹鱼寄生线虫物种鉴定与形态学观察
Identification and Morphology of Nematodes Parasitic in Rachycentron canadum (Linnaeus) (Perciformes: Rachycentridae)
【摘要】 寄生线虫是鱼类的重要病原,会严重影响鱼类健康.采用形态分类学方法对采自美国南卡罗来纳州海域军曹鱼Rachycentron canadum(Linnaeus)(Perciformes:Rachycentridae)肠内的寄生线虫进行了准确的物种鉴定.研究发现,该线虫体表具有发达的环带,唇前缘无角质齿,间唇较小,排泄孔位于神经环略后端,胃盲囊明显长于肠盲囊,左交合刺长3.05~4.17 mm,右交合刺长3.50~4.43 mm,尾乳突37~38对,阴门距头端7.71~13.2 mm,尾具指状尾突等特征,根据形态特征将其鉴定为军曹带蛔线虫Iheringascaris inquies(Linton, 1901).此外,通过与采自我国福建厦门海域军曹鱼体内的长刺海豹蛔线虫Phocascaris longispiculum Wang&Wu, 1991进行形态特征比较,发现二者非常相似,研究认为长刺海豹蛔线虫P.longispiculum应是军曹带蛔线虫I.inquies的同物异名.
【Abstract】 Zooparasitic nematodes are important etiological agents for fishes, severely affecting the host health.In the present study, some nematode parasites collected from the intestines of marine fish Rachycentron canadum(Linnaeus)(Perciformes: Rachycentridae) collected in South Carolina, USA were identified using morphological methods.These specimens were identified as Iheringascaris inquies(Linton, 1901) based on cuticle with remarkable transverse annulations, lips nearly trapeziform without denticles, the interlabia triangular, excretory pore just posterior to nerve-ring, ventricular appendix significantly longer than intestinal caecum, left spicule 3.05~4.17 mm, right spicule 3.50~4.43 mm, caudal papillae 37~38 pairs in total, vulva 7.71~13.2 mm from anterior extremity, tail of both sexes with finger-like tip.Moreover, mophological analysis indicated that the morphology and morphometrics of Phocascaris longispiculum Wang & Wu, 1991 collected from R. canadum in Fujian Province, China were more or less identical to that of I. inquies.Consequently, we considered that P. longispiculum seemed to represent a synonym of I. inquies.
