大型贯流泵站噪声现场测试与降噪措施分析
Noise field test and analysis of noise reduction measures in a large tubular pumping station
【摘要】 为了解江苏省境内某大型贯流泵站的噪声环境,采用现场噪声测试方法对该泵站3种不同机组运行条件时泵房内不同区域的环境噪声进行测试,并对比分析该泵站与同类机组形式的2座泵站的噪声,该泵站最大的噪声主要集中于250~500 Hz。通过噪声测试优选复合钢板内贴吸音棉的隔音降噪材料结构,提出基坑墙壁设置吸声结构,机组外壳包裹降噪装置、泵房顶部布置吸声空间体和悬挂吸声折片的综合降噪方案,通过降噪措施前后的环境噪声测试对比,泵房内环境噪声下降明显。研究成果可为其他工程降噪提供借鉴参考。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the noise environment of a large tubular pumping station, the environmental noise of different areas in the pump room of the pumping station under three different unit operating conditions was tested by noise test method, and the noise of the pumping station and two pumping stations with the same unit form was compared and analyzed. The maximum noise of he pumping station is mainly concentrated in 250 ~500 Hz. Through the noise test, the sound insulation and noise reduction material structure of the sound-absorbing cotton in the compound steel plate was optimized, and the comprehensive noise reduction scheme of setting the sound-absorbing structure in the foundation pit wall, wrapping the noise reduction device in the unit shell, arranging the sound-absorbing space body at the top of the pump house and hanging the sound-absorbing folder was proposed. Through the comparison of the environmental noise test before and after the noise reduction measures, the environmental noise in the pump house decreased significantly. The research results could provide technical reference for the similar projects.
