【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of difficulty in accessing hospital electronic medical case data and easy violation of patient privacy by scientific research institutions,a blockchain-based model for sharing medical case data that supports fine-grained access is proposed.The data storage method,data sharing process and attribute based access control strategy of the model are described.Security and privacy analysis shows that the model can effectively protect patient privacy while ensuring electronic medical data security during data sharing.更多还原
