【摘要】 休闲农业是实现乡村振兴战略的总抓手。栾城区地处石家庄东侧，地理位置优越，适宜发展休闲农业。因此，基于SWOT分析法对栾城区休闲农业发展进行了分析。结果表明：该地区的优势因素包括区位优势、文化底蕴深厚等，劣势因素包括用地问题突出、人才短缺、资源分散且产品单一，机会因素包括休闲农业政策、潜在客群扩大、城郊短途旅游兴起，威胁因素包括同质化程度高、管理粗放、宣传与实际不符、资金风险高。并提出增长型、转向型、多元型和防御型战略发展规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leisure agriculture is vital to achieving the strategy of rural revitalization. Luancheng District is located on the east of Shijiazhuang. The geographical location is superior and it is suitable for the development of leisure agriculture. Therefore, based on the SWOT analysis method, the development of leisure agriculture in Luancheng District was analyzed. The results indicated that the advantageous factors of this region included location advantage and profound cultural heritage,while the disadvantageous factors included prominent land use issues,talent shortage,scattered resources and single products. The opportunity factors included leisure agricultural policies, expansion of potential customer groups, and the rise of suburban short distance tourism. The threat factors included high degree of homogenization,extensive management,inconsistent promotion with reality, and high financial risks. The strategic development plans for growth, transformation, diversification, and defense were proposed.更多还原
