【Abstract】 With the continuous promotion of the digital transformation of national industries, the contradiction between the supply and demand of vocational and skilled talents has become prominent. We have studied a new talent cultivation model based on industrial colleges, aggregating multiple entities such as government, industry, enterprises and universities, to jointly explore the cultivation model of digital vocational and technical talents.
