【摘要】 皖南地区红色文化资源丰富，是高校思想政治教育的重要载体，丰富的育人素材具有增强文化自信、坚守教育初心、为党育人为国育才的重要作用。但是红色文化挖掘与融入高校实践育人过程中，仍然存在着育人机制不够完善、育人队伍不够健全、育人形式不够丰富、育人过程不够互动的问题。为适应新时代高校思想政治育人的新要求，高校应该深入挖掘红色文化资源、强化宣传队伍建设、丰富文化展现形式、推动红色文化融入课堂内外等方式，对文化资源进行整合利用。通过构建第一课堂与第二课堂相结合、线上与线下相结合、实践与反思相结合的育人路径，完善红色文化融入高校实践育人体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Southern Anhui is rich in red culture resources. It is an important carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to promote colleges and universities to grasp the pulse of the times, enrich educational materials, enhance cultural self-confidence and adhere to the original intention of education. However, in the process of excavating and integrating red culture into practical education in colleges and universities, there are still some problems, such as imperfect education mechanism, imperfect education team, insufficient forms of education and insufficient interaction in the process of education. Under the new requirements of ideological and political education in the new era, colleges and universities need to comb and integrate the cultural resources by deeply excavating the red culture resources, strengthening the construction of publicity team, enriching the cultural display forms, and promoting the integration of red culture into the classroom and outside.
