敞开式高压隔离开关接线端子过热分析及现场处理方案

【摘要】 为了保障电力系统运行安全,提高故障检修效率,对某变电站的多起敞开式高压隔离开关接线端子过热故障进行分析。首先进行故障检查,然后计算通流能力、校核拧紧扭矩,最后提出了现场处理方案,并进行有限元仿真分析。结果表明:1)过热原因为盲孔螺纹连接失效导致的螺栓轴向预紧力降低;2)提出了重新打孔和改造旧孔2种提高接线端子紧固螺栓轴向预紧力的现场解决方案;3)2种方案均具有理论可行性,重新打孔方案和改造旧孔方案的整体实施难度相差不大,温控效果更好,16个月内重新打孔方案的最大温升为7.8℃,改造旧孔方案的最大温升为9.1℃。研究所提的重新打孔方案是敞开式高压隔离开关接线端子过热故障现场处理的一种较为高效、实用的方法,可为其他变电站类似事故处理提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the safe operation of the power system and improve the efficiency of fault maintenance, multiple open high-voltage isolation switch terminal overheating faults in a certain substation were analyzed. Firstly, a fault inspection was conducted, followed by calculating the flow capacity and verifying the tightening torque. Finally, an on-site treatment plan was proposed and verified through finite element simulation. The results indicate that: 1) The cause of overheating is a decrease in the axial preload of the bolt caused by the failure of the blind hole threaded connection; 2) Two on-site solutions are proposed to improve the axial preload of terminal fastening bolts, namely redrilling and renovating old holes; 3) Both schemes have theoretical feasibility, and the overall implementation difficulty of the redrilling scheme is not significantly different from that of the old hole renovation scheme. The temperature control effect is better, and the maximum temperature rise of the redrilling scheme within 16 months is 7.8 ℃, while the maximum temperature rise of the old hole renovation scheme is 9.1 ℃. The redrilling scheme proposed by the research institute is a relatively efficient and practical method for on-site handling of overheating faults in the wiring terminals of open high-voltage isolation switches, and can provide reference for similar accident handling in other substations.
