“旁路补碳”工艺生物脱氮除磷效果试验研究
Study on biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal by "bypass carbon supplement" process
【摘要】 针对传统A2/O工艺对污水同时脱氮除磷效果不佳的问题,以低C/N实际生活污水为研究对象,提出一种“旁路补碳”生物脱氮除磷新工艺。通过试验研究,考察了在稳态条件下缺氧池A2与厌氧池A3的不同水量分配比例(分流比)对系统中有机物、氮、磷的去除影响以及对内碳源PHA转化的影响。结果表明:在平均进水C/N比为6.4时,分流比7∶3为最佳运行条件,此时“旁路补碳”新工艺出水中COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP的平均质量浓度分别为31.15 mg/L、4.17 mg/L、13.69 mg/L、0.35 mg/L,平均去除率分别为92.16%、91.19%、78.07%、92.08%;与A2/O工艺相比好氧池内可利用的PHA含量提高了12.11%,TP的去除率由87.91%提高至92.08%。
【Abstract】 In view of the poor effect of traditional A2/O process on simultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from sewage,taking low-C/N real domestic sewage as the research object,a new“bypass carbon supplement”biological phosphorus removal process is proposed.Through experimental research,the effect of the different water distribution ratios (split ratio) of anoxic tank A2 and anaerobic tank A3 on the removal of organic matter,nitrogen and phosphorus in the system and the effect on the conversion of internal carbon PHA under steady-state conditions were investigated.The results are as fallows:under the condition of an average influent C/N ratio of 6.4,the split ratio of 7∶3 is the best operating condition.At this time,the average mass concentrations of COD,NH4+-N,TN,and TP in the effluent of the new"bypass carbon supplement"process are 31.15 mg/L,4.17 mg/L,13.69 mg/L,0.35 mg/L respectively,the average removal rate is 92.16%,91.19%,78.07%,92.08%respectively;compared with the A2/O process,the available PHA content in the aerobic tank has increased by 12.11%,the TP removal rate has been increased from 87.91%to 92.08%.
