【摘要】 “杀猪盘”类电信网络诈骗案件是具有典型流程与显著特征的一类电信网络诈骗案件，犯罪行为人通过网络虚构身份，以花言巧语方式获得受害人信任，进而骗取大额财产。根据此类案件作案手段的不同，可分为“投资类”、“漏洞类”和“索要类”三种类型，其诈骗过程主要包括“找猪”、“喂猪”、“养猪”、“杀猪”四个步骤。近年来此类案件呈现精准化、精细化、精密化和隐匿化发展趋势，公安机关在实施侦查、提取证据、警务协作等方面仍然面临诸多困难。在大数据深度应用的时代背景下，应持续加强对“杀猪盘”类电信网络诈骗案件行为特征、时空特征和受害人特征等方面的研究。要充分发挥侦查合成作战机制优势，不断扩大情报来源和强化情报分析研判以寻找侦查突破口；要不断强化“科技兴警”理念，提升取据科技水平以打造完整的证据链；要深化侦查协作机制，构筑网络阵地以实现精准打击；同时，还要深化行业合作，建立完备的协同追踪机制以增强打击成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "pig killing plate" telecom network fraud cases, which are a type of telecom network fraud cases with typical processes and significant characteristics, the perpetrator fabricates an identity through the network and obtains the trust of victims through the rhetoric, then defraud a large amount of property. According to the different methods of committing crimes,such cases can be divided into three types: "investment type", "vulnerability type", and "demand type", the fraud process mainly includes four steps: "finding pigs", "feeding pigs", "raising pigs",and "killing pigs". In recent years, such cases have presented a trend of precision, refinement, precision, and concealment, public security organs still face many difficulties in conducting investigation, extracting evidence, and policing coordination. In the era of in-depth application for big data, it is necessary to continue to strengthen research on the behavioral characteristics,spacetime characteristics, and victim characteristics of "pig killing plate" telecom network fraud cases.We should achieve the following aspects: Firstly, make full use of advantages in the integrated investigation and combat mechanism, continuously expand intelligence sources and strengthen intelligence analysis and research to find breakthroughs in investigation. Secondly, continuously strengthen the concept of "revitalizing the police through science and technology", and improve the level of evidence collection technology to create a complete evidence chain.
