地铁上穿输水隧洞的动力响应分析与加固技术研究
Dynamic Response Analysis and Reinforcement Technology of a Water Conveyance Tunnel with a Subway Passing Above
【摘要】 为分析地铁上穿输水隧洞的动力响应,本文基于深圳市地铁10号线上穿东江水源工程清水河隧洞建立了交叉区间的有限元模型,对地铁施工、列车单次运行及其长期效应三个工况进行了分析。结果表明:地铁施工期对输水隧洞衬砌应力、位移的影响较小,列车单次运行造成输水隧洞衬砌振动的加速度与速度最大值在振动控制标准内,均不影响隧洞日常运行;但列车运行长期效应将在输水隧洞起拱线处产生损伤累积,将导致理论预期使用年限小于其设计使用年限。经研究在输水隧洞衬砌内表面粘贴钢板加固后,隧洞的损伤累积明显减缓,可有效延长其理论预期使用年限,加固效果显著。
【Abstract】 To analyze the dynamic response of the Qingshuihe water conveyance tunnel in Dongjiang Water Source Project with Shenzhen Metro Line 10 subway passing above, a finite element model of the cross-passing section is constructed and three working conditions are analyzed including the subway construction, single train operation and long-term operation. The results show that the subway construction has a small impact on the stress and displacement of the water conveyance tunnel lining, and the maximum vibration acceleration and velocity of the tunnel lining caused by a single train operation are within the vibration control standards. Neither cases could affect the normal operation of the tunnel. While, the long-term effect of the train operation could generate damage accumulation at the arch line of the water conveyance tunnel lining, resulting in a theoretical expected service life of the tunnel shorter than its design service life. It also shows that the damage accumulation of the tunnel could be significantly reduced if the inner surface of the tunnel lining is reinforced with steel plate pasting, which can effectively extend its theoretical expected service life with remarkable effect.
