【摘要】 目的 基于相似相溶,液液萃取原理首次开发并验证了一种用于测定油基消杀产品中糠酸莫米松和地索奈德的分析方法。方法 样品用正己烷∶乙腈∶水∶2 mol·L-1硫酸锌=1∶6∶2∶1的顺序及比例进行提取,经C18柱色谱分离,最后用高分辨质谱(LC-Q-Orbitrap)进行测定。结果 糠酸莫米松和地索奈德的检出限和定量限分别为0.068 mg·kg-1和0.2 mg·kg-1,在0.5~100μg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均大于0.995。回收率为82.0%~91.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.71%~6.65%。结论 本方法具有快速、灵敏、低成本的等特点,为检测油基类消杀产品中糠酸莫米松和地索奈德非法添加提供了一种有效的检测方法。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Based on the principle of similar phase solubility and liquid-liquid extraction, a qualitative and quantitative analytical method was developed and validated for the determination of mometasone furoate and desonide residues in oil-based matrices of disinfection products for the first time.METHODS The samples were extracted in the order and ratio of n-hexane∶acetonitrile∶water∶2 mol·L-1 zinc sulfate=1∶6∶2∶1,then separated by C18 column chromatography, and finally detected by high-resolution mass spectrometry.RESULTS The limits of detection and limits of quantification were 0.068 mg·kg-1 and 0.2 mg·kg-1 for mometasone furoate and desonide, respectively, with good linearity in the range of 0.5-100 μg·L-1 and correlation coefficients(R2) greater than 0.995.The recoveries were in the range of 82.0%-91.6% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs, n=6) of 0.71%-6.65%.CONCLUSION The method is rapid, sensitive, low-cost, which provides an effective detection method for the qualitative and quantitative screening of mometasone furoate and desonide in oil-based disinfection products.
