【摘要】 目的 评价某院麻醉药品临床使用情况和变化趋势，探讨如何更有效规范促进妇女儿童使用该类药品。方法 统计该院2018年至2020年麻醉药品使用数量和使用金额，分析用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及序值比(B/A)。结果 三年间该院麻醉药品用量及销售金额逐年递增。2019年销售金额比上一年增加30.36%,2020年比2019年增加25.28%。销售金额及DDDs排名前三的麻醉药品分别是枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、盐酸瑞芬太尼注射液和盐酸羟考酮注射液。结论 该院麻醉药品使用基本合理，主要用于手术过程中的镇痛镇静，其增长趋势符合临床需求，且与临床最新的用药研究进展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the prescription application of narcotics in one hospital for the promotion of rational drug utilization.METHODS Application of narcotics in the hospital from 2018 to 2020 was retrospectively analyzed by quantity, amount, defined daily doses(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and sales amount ranking/DDDs ranking(B/A).RESULTS The quantity and amount of the narcotic drugs in the hospital increased annually.The sales amount was increased by 30.36% in 2019 and 25.28% in 2020.The top three narcotics in consumption sum and DDDs included Sufentanil citrate injection, Remifentanil hydrochloride injection and Oxycodone hydrochloride injection.CONCLUSION The use of narcotics in the hospital mainly focused on analgesia and sedation during the operation, and the change of the use pattern was in line with the clinical needs, which was closely related to the latest clinical drug research progress.更多还原
