基于PI-RADS v2.1的定量MRI技术在前列腺癌诊断中的研究进展
Research progress of MRI quantitative technology based on PI-RADS v2.1 in the diagnosis of prostate cancer
【摘要】 欧洲泌尿生殖系统放射学会在2019年更新了前列腺影像报告和数据系统2.1版本[1],该系统由T1加权成像(T1WI)、T2加权成像(T2WI)、弥散加权成像(DWI)、动态增强成像(DCE-MRI)序列组成,用视觉评分的方法来评估临床显著性前列腺癌可能性。定量MRI可以从结构、细胞扩散、血管灌注等方面对前列腺病灶精准量化,有助于减少影像科医生的主观性,提高前列腺癌的诊断率。本文就基于PI-RADS v2.1的定量MRI技术在前列腺癌诊断的研究进展予以综述。
【Abstract】 In 2019, the European Society of Urogenital Radiation updated Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System version 2.1(PI-RADS v2.1). The system consists of T1 weighted imaging(T1WI), T2 weighted imaging(T2WI), diffusion weighted imaging(DWI), and dynamic enhanced imaging(DCE-MRI) sequences, and evaluate the possibility of clinically significant prostate cancer by visual score. Quantitative MRI can accurately quantify prostate lesions from the aspects of structure, cell diffusion, vascular perfusion, which helps to reduce the subjectivity of imaging doctors and improve the diagnosis rate of prostate cancer. This article reviews the progress of MRI quantitative technology based on PI-RADS v2.1 in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
