紫云红芯薯的染色体核型分析
Chromosome Karyotype Analysis of Ziyun Red-core Sweet Potato
【摘要】 为明确甘薯染色体形态结构特征,本研究以紫云红芯薯为试验材料,采用染色体常规压片法,对其染色体数目及核型进行分析。结果表明,紫云红芯薯的染色体数目为2 n=4 x=44,染色体相对长度为(26±1.86)~(36±2.84),臂比范围为(1.00±0.16)~(2.36±0.47),核型不对称系数为57.96%,核型分类属2A型,其核型公式为2 n=4 x=44=6 m+2 sm+1 M+2 t。染色体主要由中部着丝点染色体组成。
【Abstract】 The chromosome karyotype analysis is the basis of breeding of sweet potato. In order to clarify the morphological and structural characteristics of sweet potato, the chromosome and karyotype of Ziyun Red-core Sweet potato were analyzed by the conventional pressing method. The results indicated that the number of somatic chromosome in Ziyun Red-core Sweet potato was 2 n=4 x=44, the constitution of relative length of chromosome was(26±1.86)-(36±2.84), the constitution of arm ratio was(1.00± 0.16)-(2.36±0.47), the karyotype asymmeytry coefficient was 57.96%,the karyotype belongs to 2A type and its karyotypeformula was 2 n=4 x=52=6 m+2 sm+1 M+2 t.The chromosome was mainly metacentric.Above all indicated that Ziyun Red-core Sweet potato has low evolution degree.
