PEG模拟干旱对4种冰草属植物种子萌发特性的影响

【摘要】 本文以冰草属4种植物为研究对象,采用PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱的方法,分析4种冰草属植物种子在遭受干旱胁迫时的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力指数、胚根长度和胚芽长度等指标的变化差异,并采用隶属函数综合评价了4种牧草种子萌发期的抗旱性。结果表明,PEG-6000溶液浓度增加,导致4种冰草属植物萌发被延迟,且萌发时间变长;PEG-6000对供试的4种冰草属植物种子萌发抑制程度差异显著(p<0.05),随着PEG-6000浓度增加,抑制作用增强;供试的4种冰草属植物种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力指数、胚根长度、胚芽长度与干旱胁迫呈负相关;低浓度(5%)的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱可促进供试冰草属植物种子的萌发生长;4种牧草种子萌发期抗旱性由强到弱为:根茎冰草、沙芦草、沙生冰草、冰草。

【Abstract】 The four species of iceweed were selected as the research objects, and PEG-6000 solution was used to simulate drought. The differences of germination percentage, germination potential, germination index, seed vigor index, radicle length and germ length of four species of iceweed seeds were analyzed when they germinated under drought stress. Membership function was used to evaluate the drought resistance of the four herbage species during seed germination. The results showed that the concentration of PEG-6000 solution increased, the germination of the four species was delayed and the germination time became longer. The inhibition degree of PEG-6000 on the seed germination of four Agropyron species was significantly different(p< 0.05), and the inhibition effect increased with the increase of PEG-6000 concentration. The seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, seed vigor index, radicle length and germ length of four agropyron plants tested were negatively correlated with drought stress. Low concentration(5%) of PEG-6000 solution simulated drought could promote the germination and growth of the tested seeds. The drought resistance of the four herbage species during seed germination from strong to weak was as follows Agropyron michnoi > Agropyron mongolicum > Agropyron desertorum > Agropyron cristatum.
