响应面法优化超声提取甘蔗叶多糖工艺研究

【摘要】 以甘蔗叶为原料,通过响应面方法优选超声辅助提取多糖(SLP)实施工艺条件,并在最佳工艺条件(超声功率360W、温度60℃、时间60min及液料比40mL/g)优化下,得到SLP最大得率为1.96%±0.12%,与传统热水提取法(HWE)相比,显著提高了SLP得率(约提高120%),并缩短了提取SLP的时间。超声辅助提取有效地提高了SLP得率,为甘蔗叶多糖提取工艺进一步开发和应用提供参考价值。

【Abstract】 Response surface methodology was used to optimize ultrasonic-assisted polysaccharide(SLP)extraction from sugarcane leaves, under the optimal process conditions(360 W ultrasound power, 60℃ultrasound temperature, 60 min ultrasound time, and 40 mL/g liquid/feed ratio). The maximum yield of SLP was obtained to be 1.96%±0.12%. Compared with the traditional hot water extraction(HWE) method, the maximum yield of SLP was higher, which greatly improved the SLP yield(about 120%) and shortened the extraction time of SLP. The ultrasound-assisted extraction effectively increased the SLP yield, which provided reference value for the further development and application of sugarcane leaf polysaccharide extraction process.
