【Abstract】 Ethnic tourism is of functions such as cultural infiltration, communication and interaction, life experience,and emotional belonging, which is an effective way to promote ethnic communication and integration. The function of ethnic tourism in strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community lies in strengthening the interaction of economic factors in ethnic regions, promoting harmonious ethnic relations, enhancing ethnic exchanges and integration, and promoting mutual learning and integration of various ethnic cultures. From the perspective of ethnic tourism, this article explores the internal logic of forging a strong sense of Chinese national community through Marxist communication practices, ethnic relations, emotional identity, and other theories, and takes it as a practical path.
