合成化学课程教学设计探索——以“碳负离子和碳正离子促进的碳链构建”为例

【摘要】 合成化学是高校化学及应化专业的核心课程之一,但是对于教学内容,学生普遍反应内容庞杂,涉及繁多的有机化学反应类型且之间缺少逻辑关系,容易混淆,为了提高合成化学课程的教学质量,尝试了教学内容的改进和设计,以碳负离子和碳正离子为例,引入介绍碳链构建方式,调动学生主观能动性,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,为未来选择性就业及深造打下理论基础。

【Abstract】 Synthetic Chemistry is one of the basic courses for the college students in the major of Chemistry and Applied Chemistry. However, this course involving lots of organic reactions is extensive, complex and not easy for students to master. In order to inprove teaching quality of this course, the teaching content and design of Synthetic Chemistry were adjusted.Taking “construction of carbochain based on carbonium ion and anions” as an example, the strategy could effectively cultivate the subjective initiative of students in learning, develop their abilities to analyze and solve practical problems, so as to provide theoretical basis for the future work and further education for students.
