生骨补肾胶囊显微及薄层鉴别研究

【摘要】 初步建立生骨补肾胶囊相关药材的显微鉴别和薄层鉴别方法,以期提高质量控制标准。采用显微鉴别对生骨补肾胶囊中白芷、木香、牛膝、西洋参4味中药进行鉴别;薄层法对生骨补肾胶囊中丹参、白芷、木香3味中药进行定性鉴别。由结果可见,白芷、木香、牛膝、西洋参显微特征明显;丹参、白芷和木香的薄层鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性无干扰。所建立的显微鉴别和薄层鉴别相关中药的方法,可作为生骨补肾胶囊的质量控制标准的参考依据。

【Abstract】 The microscopic and thin layer identification methods of Shenggu Bushen capsule related medicinal materials were established.In order to improve the quality control standards, the microscopical identification of Angelica dahurica, Aucklandia lappa Decne., Achyranthes bidentata Bl.and Panax quiquefolium L. in Shenggu Bushen capsule was carried out. The thin layer method was used to qualitatively identify Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge., Angelica dahurica and Aucklandia lappa Decne. in Shenggu Bushen capsule. The results showed that Angelica dahurica, Aucklandia lappa Decne., Achyranthes bidentata Bl.and Panax quiquefolium L. had obvious microscopic characteristics. The thin layers of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, Angelica dahurica and Achyranthes bidentata Bl.were distinct, specific and negative without interference. The method of microscopic identification and thin layer identification could be used as reference for the quality control standard of Shenggu Bushen capsule.
