【Abstract】 Pharmacology is a vital foundation course in Medicine specialty, the pharmacological effects of drugs are closely correlated to their molecular structures and physicochemical properties. ChemOffice is currently the most widely-used software for graphical drawing of chemical structures, which can be employed to draw two-and three-dimensional structures of drug molecules, obtain physical and chemical parameters, and predict ultraviolet, nuclear magnetic and infrared spectra. The base application of ChemOffice in pharmacology was introduced, aiming to guide students to draw the two-dimensional structural formulas or three-dimensional conformation of drugs independently, so as to deepen students’ understanding of structures. Moreover, the introduction of ChemOffice could inspire out-of-box thinking, and then achieve the high-quality teaching of pharmacology.更多还原
