【Abstract】 PAD class teaching model is a new mixed teaching model combining presentation(P), assimilation(A) and discussion(D), which helps to cultivate students’ ability to independently construct knowledge and solve problems. In order to make this teaching model better applied to Analytical Chemistry teaching in local colleges and universities, the basic concept and theoretical basis of PAD class teaching model was first briefly introduced, then the feasibility of applying the PAD class in Analytical Chemistry teaching in local colleges and universities based on the analysis of the current teaching situation was expounded, and the implementation measures of PAD class in the practice of Analytical Chemistry teaching was designed.
