多学科交叉融合的复合材料与工程人才培养模式的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on Talent Training Mode from Composite Materials and Engineering under Multidisciplinary Integration
【摘要】 新兴产业的快速发展对人才的知识结构提出了新的挑战。在“新工科”背景下,交叉融合人才的培养是适应新时代发展的重要路径。本文从多学科交叉融合人才培养中存在的主要问题出发,从复合材料科学与工程专业的课程体系优化、专业认证持续改进、工程实践训练强化、创新师资队伍打造及保障体系建设等方面着手,有效提高学生的工程意识、工程能力和工程素质,适应新时代的发展需要。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of emerging industries presents the new challenges for the knowledge structure of talents. Under the background of new engineering disciplines, it is imperative to train multi-disciplinary talents. Starting from the main problems existed in the training of multi-disciplinary talents, the optimization of curriculum system, continuous improvement of professional certification, enhancement of engineering practice training, construction of innovative teaching staff and security system of composite science and engineering was analyzed. Students’ engineering consciousness, engineering ability and engineering quality will be improved effectively, thus the students will adapt to the development needs of the new age.
