【Abstract】 The rapid development of emerging industries presents the new challenges for the knowledge structure of talents. Under the background of new engineering disciplines, it is imperative to train multi-disciplinary talents. Starting from the main problems existed in the training of multi-disciplinary talents, the optimization of curriculum system, continuous improvement of professional certification, enhancement of engineering practice training, construction of innovative teaching staff and security system of composite science and engineering was analyzed.
