掺烧有机工业垃圾后生活垃圾焚烧飞灰底渣特性及重金属固化特性

【摘要】 目前国内很多生活垃圾焚烧厂利用现有设备焚烧处置一般有机工业固废[1],本文研究了不同工业垃圾掺烧比例对飞灰和底渣中重金属(硒、镍、砷、铬、镉、锰、铜、铅、锌)迁移的影响以及有机螯合剂对高掺烧比飞灰中重金属的固化效果。在高掺烧比的情况下,飞灰中铬和硒的总量提升。在底渣中砷、铜的总量随着掺烧比的增加而增加。有机螯合剂可以有效螯合除硒以外的大部分重金属。硒的浸出浓度在螯合剂比例超过一定界限后增加。

【Abstract】 At present, many domestic household waste incineration plants use existing equipment to incinerate and dispose of general organic industrial solid waste[1]. The effect of different industrial waste blending ratios on the migration of heavy metals(selenium, nickel, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, manganese, copper, lead, zinc) in fly ash and bottom slag, as well as the effect of organic chelators on the solidification of heavy metals in high blending ratio fly ash, were studied.In the case of high blending ratio, the total amount of chromium and selenium in fly ash increased. The total amount of arsenic and copper in the bottom slag increased with the increase of blending ratio. Organic chelating agents could effectively chelate most heavy metals except for selenium. The leaching concentration of selenium increased after the chelating agent ratio exceeded a certain limit.
