Ti3AlC2在750℃下的氧化行为和腐蚀行为的研究

【摘要】 Ti3AlC2属于三元层状化合物MAX相,兼具金属的韧性和陶瓷的耐高温、耐氧化、耐腐蚀的综合性能,可用作高温结构材料。本工作研究了Ti3AlC2MAX相块材的抗高温氧化和耐热盐腐蚀性能。结果表明,750℃时,Ti3AlC2样品的氧化168 h,氧化产物主要是α-Al2O3, TiO2-Rutile和TiO2-Anatase,氧化增重为2.4 mg/cm2;在伴有NaCl和水的条件下腐蚀240 h,腐蚀产物主要是α-Al2O3, TiO2-Rutile, TiO2-Anatase和Na2TiO3腐蚀增重为4.4 mg/cm2。Ti3AlC2的氧化和腐蚀动力学均遵循线性率。

【Abstract】 Ti3AlC2 is the ternary layered compound. MAX phase can be used as a high-temperature structural material, which combines the toughness of metal and the comprehensive performance of high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of ceramics. The oxidation resistance and hot corrosion resistance of Ti3AlC2 were studied. The results showed that the oxidation production were α-Al2O3, TiO2-Rutile and TiO2-Anatase. The oxidation mass gain of Ti3AlC2 sample was 2.4 mg/cm2 for 168 h at 750 ℃. The corrosion production were α-Al2O3, TiO2-Rutile, TiO2-Anatase and Na2TiO3. The corrosion mass gain was 4.4 mg/cm2 for 240 h under the NaCl and water. Both oxidation and corrosion kinetics of Ti3AlC2 followed a linear rate.
